Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed through the KamperHub Store (shop.kamperhub.com), operated by Scott Carlton trading as KamperHub ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. They sit alongside, and don't replace, our Privacy Policy. Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy covers what happens if something goes wrong with an order.

1. Who you're buying from

The KamperHub Store is a separate retail service from the KamperHub trip-planning subscription app — the same business operates both, but they have different terms. Products are sourced through third-party Australian fulfilment partners and shipped directly to you; KamperHub does not hold physical stock itself. We currently ship to Australian delivery addresses only.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we (or our fulfilment partner) dispatch the goods — not when you receive an order confirmation email. On rare occasions a product shown as available turns out to be out of stock with our fulfilment partner after you've paid. If that happens we'll contact you and refund the affected item in full.

You're responsible for checking your order — items, quantities, and delivery address — before completing checkout.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any tax we are required by law to collect at the time of your order. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time you place your order — we don't store your card details ourselves.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by our fulfilment partners, not guarantees. Usually dispatched within a few business days of your order, then 3–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location — but this can vary with stock and courier conditions. We'll let you know if we become aware of a significant delay to your order.

Risk in the goods (loss or damage) passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If a courier marks an order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at info@kamperhub.com and we'll help track it down.

5. Returns, refunds, and faulty goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited (at our option) to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your order.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us first — most order issues are resolved directly.
